Exchanges are allowed if the item doesn't fit you right, you will receive a store credit. However jewelry, accessories, handbags, pre-sale (a.k.a. pre-orders) items or anything that you have worn, put on your feet or head are non-refundable or returnable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that sale items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).are non-refundable or exchangeable! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please contact me within 7 days after receiving the item. Items must be unworn, with original tags and still in selling condition. Please no cigarette smoke or animal hair. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and it must be returned within 7 days. If the item is damaged, I will gladly accept it back, following our return policy.
